Our Clinical Team

Our clinical team is made up of nutritional therapists specialising in the area of mental health, psychiatrists and our experienced clinic manager to guide you through the process.

Olga Preston

Clinic Manager

Olga Preston is our clinic manager and a qualified Nutritional Therapist through the acclaimed Institute of Optimum Nutrition. She also has over 20 years experience in the health care industry, with excellent managerial skills and a proven track record of successful appointments. She is a great communicator and able to empathise with clients from all different backgrounds. Olga has won several awards for excellence in customer service. Olga is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a “can do” attitude and a passion for nutrition. She developed an interest in mental health after personally seeing the effect that good nutrition had on family and friends affected by mental health conditions.

Dr Jeremy Mudunkotowe


Dr Mudunkotuwe qualified in medicine from the University of Southampton in 2000. He trained in psychiatry as a doctor in South West London and Surrey. Since 2010 he has been a consultant psychiatrist at Epsom Community Mental Health Recovery Service. He is a locality tutor which involves managing the training of doctors and medical students.

Lorraine Perretta

DipION Nutritional Therapist

After completing her nutritional training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London in 1995, she began to focus her work on supporting people with mental health conditions using a nutritional approach. Lorraine has worked in this area ever since. The wealth of experience she has accumulated over the years has led to her being invited to lecture widely on this topic. Lorraine has also written a book entitled Brain Food (Hamlyn) and is also a Fellow of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, as well as a member of BANT and the CNHC.

Anastasia Smith

BSc DipCNM Nutritional Therapist

Anastasia trained at the Colllege of Naturopathic Medicine and has a keen interest in mental health. She has worked at Food for the Brain for a number of years and has been involved in research and educational training on the importance of nutrition for mental health. Anastasia is passionate about research based nutrition and is always striving to support her patients with the latest and most adequate evidence-based guidance. Anastasia is a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is registered with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Alexandra Mendoza Garau

Clinic Administrator

Alexandra is a lawyer by background. She has extensive experience in customer service, having worked in a diverse range of supporting roles throughout her career. In her spare time, Alexandra is an active member of the community who runs a local children’s group and volunteers visiting severely disable patients at hospital, and enjoys bringing a little joy to their lives. Alexandra developed an interest in nutrition after seeing the benefits that nutrition can have on a variety of health problems. She is truly enjoying expanding her knowledge of the effects of “optimum nutrition” on health and specifically on mental health.
